• What is the expected delivery time of my package?

Everything you order on working days before 16:00, is shipped the same day. The exact delivery time is dependent on the postal service which we employ to ship our packages.

 

  • I can't find the right part for my car, what now?

We are currently still filling our webshop with new items. Our warehouse has a lot more parts than there are listed on the webshop, so if you are looking for a specific part, please contact us through telephone or e-mail, we might be able to help you find what you are looking for.

 

  • I ordered the wrong part, what now?

Within the Benelux you can return all orders free of cost. If you are outside of the Benelux, we humbly ask you to cover the shipping costs on your return. If you receive a broken item or if we ship you a different item than the one you ordered, you can return your order cost-free and will be refunded.

 

  • Am I required to create an account?

No, you are not required to create an account. You can order anything from our website as a guest. Creating an account can save you time when placing an order in the future, as your adress and other personal data is saved to your account. It also enables you to save certain items in our shop as favourites.
